If a technical plastic part is no longer available, reverse engineering can be more economical than replacing an entire assembly. We develop a production-ready solution from a sample, drawing, photo or existing CAD data.

Digitization

No CAD model available?

For suitable small parts, 3D capture can serve as a starting point for reconstruction. Functional surfaces, fits and relevant dimensions are then technically checked and prepared in CAD.

From existing part to digital data

3D capture → data processing → dimensional verification → CAD reconstruction → prototype/production.
