Technical 3D printing is more than loading an STL file into a printer. Feinwerktechnik-Bender combines CAD engineering, practical mechanical-engineering experience and FDM manufacturing into a complete solution.
Whether you already have a finished 3D file or only a defective sample part, the request is tailored to the current state of your project.

Plastic parts for older machines, equipment or custom designs are often no longer available. Instead of replacing the entire assembly, technical reproduction may be a practical solution.
Existing parts are measured where possible and rebuilt in CAD. The original geometry can be retained or selectively improved at weak points. A prototype is then produced first, followed by a small batch after successful testing if required.
For every request, geometry, application, load, desired surface and quantity are considered together. Different manufacturing systems are available and selected according to part size, material, geometry and quantity.

Provide a 3D file, drawing, photos, dimensions or the existing sample part.
Function, geometry, material requirements and suitable manufacturing are coordinated.
If required, the CAD model is created first. The component is then manufactured.
After inspection, the one-off part or agreed small batch is delivered to you.
