About Feinwerktechnik-Bender

Think practically.
Implement precisely.

Feinwerktechnik-Bender stands for direct communication, practical engineering experience and individual solutions instead of unnecessary complexity.

Technische Präzisionsarbeit
Technical background

Experience that shapes the solution.

Since completing training as a precision mechanic in 2011, the focus has been on hands-on mechanical engineering: design, assembly, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical improvement. A significant part of this experience comes from designing and implementing special-purpose machinery, including machines for pharmaceutical applications.

This combination of engineering and practical implementation helps develop solutions that are not only theoretically correct but also effective in real-world use.

Short pathsDirect coordination instead of unnecessary interfaces.
Technical understandingConsidered from drawing to assembly.
Individual implementationThe task determines the solution – not the other way around.
How we work

What matters in a small technical partner.

Personal support

Direct contact reduces friction. Requirements, changes and open points can be coordinated quickly.

Traceable solutions

Engineering should remain understandable. Design decisions are made so that manufacturing, assembly and later use work together.

Flexibility

Requirements often change during one-off parts, modifications or special tasks. The project can respond flexibly.

Practical focus

Maintenance, accessibility, installation space and real loads are considered during technical design.

Expertise profile

Mechanical engineering beyond CAD.

The technical background combines precision mechanics and practical mechanical engineering with design, assembly, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. This allows solutions to be evaluated with their later manufacturing, assembly and use in mind.

Hands-on since 2011

Technical career with continuous hands-on involvement in machines, assemblies and their practical implementation.

Engineering + implementation

Components are not considered in isolation, but in relation to installation space, mounting, maintenance and function.

Direct contact

No unnecessary interfaces between request, technical coordination and implementation.

Qualification

TÜV-certified CE Officer

Additional professional expertise for machinery projects: support with CE conformity processes, risk assessments, technical documentation and the structured assessment of modifications to existing machinery. The legal responsibility for conformity and CE marking remains with the respective manufacturer or responsible economic operator.
